Fractured Peace

Is peace and quiet a human right? Does industry have to right to destroy our peace and quiet?

I believe people should be able to open a window. I believe people should be able to play outside with their kids and grandkids. I believe people should be able to sit quietly in their homes and read a book. I believe people should be able to sleep. I believe people should be able to sit outside.
